Handling and manipulation of champagne bottles
The 4BO suction cup has a wide curve and a soft curved lip that perfectly fits the shape of extended surfaces like 75cl, half, and magnum bottle barrels. To enhance its pulling force and prioritize its stroke and flexibility, this suction cup can be equipped with stainless steel reinforcements in the bellows.
NOVACOM also offers cups and suction heads that allow handling champagne bottles by the punt. Thus, the process of placing on point is not interrupted during their transport. The diameter of the cup is adapted to that of the punt, and several suction head attachments are possible depending on the installation. The advantages are the high lifting capacity and the flexibility of approach.
Bottle drying
NOVACOM's flat jet nozzles and air curtains remove all traces of water, clean, and quickly dry bottles, cans, metal caps, or jars before labeling or inkjet coding and after rinsing.
